Engagement Manager Data - H/F

Role Overview

• Lead and manage the Data Stream within TCS France Delivery, overseeing end-to-end delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms.
• Drive strategic data initiatives while ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 150–200 associates across multiple data domains.
• Manage delivery across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Architecture, Data Migration, and Data Development functions.
• Candidate should be proficient in AI skills
• Drive execution across all major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Act as the primary interface for customer engagement and senior stakeholder management.
• Lead RFx responses, solutioning, and oral defense presentations.
• Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with customers and partner ecosystem.
• Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Drive talent management including hiring, mentoring, and capability development.
• Strong expertise in data engineering, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
• Hands‑on understanding of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Databricks, Data Warehouse & so on).
• Experience with data migration and transformation programs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and advanced analytics use cases.

• Strong techno‑functional background with ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in managing large‑scale teams
• Ability to drive strategic discussions with senior executives.
• Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in IT services with strong focus on data domain.
• Experience in managing large delivery engagements and global teams.
• Proven track record in client‑facing roles within consulting or IT services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Location

• Paris, France (with travel across Europe, and India as required).
