Engagement Manager – Banking & Financial Services - London

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Banking & Financial Services Business Unit . The role will focus on account growth, senior stakeholder management, opportunity development, deal pursuits, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across client organizations.
• Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth, profitability, and expansion.
• Identify new opportunities, buying centers, and service areas within existing insurance accounts.
• Lead opportunity qualification, pursuits, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, solution, finance, and legal teams to develop compelling client propositions.
• Manage commercial activities including contracts, SOWs, collections, and client escalations.
• Drive client satisfaction and position Infosys as a strategic and trusted partner.
• Support account teams and broader business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in account management, client services, business development, or consulting within the Insurance sector .
• Good understanding of the Insurance industry and its business and technology landscape .
• Proven experience managing and growing complex client accounts.
• Strong relationships and engagement experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in account planning, large deal pursuits, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in IT services or Business/IT Consulting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• 15+ years of experience for Senior Manager / higher proficiency roles.
