Energy & Utilities Consultant (M/F)

Job Description

The Energy industry is going through an accelerated transformation phase, driven by digitalisation, organisational agility and the evolution of IS architectures. This Lyon-based role is aimed at a consultant who wishes to support major Energy sector players through their digital, operational and organisational transformations.

As an Energy & Utilities Consultant (M/F), you join our Lyon office (a team of about ten people) and support our Energy sector clients on their transformation projects.

• Improve and optimise organisational structures
• Lead strategic change projects, ensuring team buy-in and respect of deadlines and budgets
• Implement agile methodologies to optimise processes and efficiency
• Design enterprise architectures aligned with client needs, integrating best practices in digitalisation and software architecture

Qualifications

Education: Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's program.

Experience: You have initial experience in consulting or project management. Expertise in the energy, sustainability, and industrial sectors, gained in a company or startup, will be highly valued.

Foreign languages: You have a fluent level of English, both written and oral.
