ProSidian seeks an Energy Project Services Implementation Specialist (IS) for federal clients such as DOE, NASA, and other Energy, Resources, and Industrials sector organizations. The position is based in Pasadena, California and across the West Coast Region. This is a contract contingent or contract W‑2 (IRS‑1099) position with the possibility of conversion to a full‑time W‑2 role.
Job Overview
The Implementation Specialist provides project facilitation services in the Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry sector, focusing on management and operations solutions for clients including the U.S. Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of energy projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Provide on‑site supervision and technical support during installation.
- Support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, and Industrials sector clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of project implementation experience (recommended 7 years).
- Technical degree or certification in project management, engineering, or related field.
- Prefer PMP or similar project management certification.
Skills Required
- Expertise in construction management and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe).
- Knowledge of ESPC project requirements and processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
