Responsibilities

• Join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco.
• Work on infrastructure‑focused projects, including PPP, concessions, project financing and drop‑down experience.
• Represent equity sponsors, financing parties and other private‑sector participants in the PPP space.
• Engage closely with clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast‑paced environment.
• Work on greenfield infrastructure projects and core infrastructure assets such as toll roads, airports, bridges, tunnels, vertical infrastructure, water and wastewater, digital, energy transition, and data centers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure law.
• Strong academic credentials and superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the state in which the candidate expects to be located.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $435,000.
