- Manage and grow the portfolio of existing clients
- Prospect and open new client accounts
- Manage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and other influential stakeholders
- Coordinate the distribution network
- Provide technical expertise and training on endodontic solutions
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in sales; ideally within the dental sector
- Ability to provide support and training to professional audiences (clients and colleagues)
- Strong interest in and deep understanding of complex, technical products and the clinical environment of the dental market
- Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation
- Autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Good listening skills, empathy, and strong organizational, planning and analytical abilities
