End User Account Manager - Algeria
Key Responsibilities
The End User Account Manager is responsible for driving HP’s end‑user business in Algeria, with a strong focus on large accounts and strategic customers.
- Own and develop relationships with large end‑user accounts in Algeria, including public sector, large enterprises, and key strategic customers.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of local market dynamics, including competition, pricing practices, tender processes, decision cycles, and influencers.
- Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and competitive moves to proactively position HP solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their business goals with the organization’s offerings.
- Utilize margin management techniques and engage with partners to improve win rates and solution delivery.
- Anticipate client needs and facilitate solution development in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and pursue joint growth opportunities with partners leveraging the organization’s portfolio.
- Anticipate and address potential risks to client relationships, implementing strategies to mitigate negative impacts.
- Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing discussions and secure contract extensions while ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Analyze account performance data, track key performance indicators, and provide data‑driven insights to clients for continual improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, assisting in their development and growth within the organization.
Education & Experience
Recommended: Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field. Proven experience in End User Sales in Algeria. Demonstrated track record of working directly with large accounts and strategic customers in the country. Solid understanding of Algerian market dynamics, procurement practices, and competitive landscape. Experience managing complex opportunities, tenders, and multi‑stakeholder deals.
Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong asset.
