Key Responsibilities
1. Labor Law & Compliance Management
Assist HR Leader in managing labor law compliance across the European region, including the development and implementation of local HR policies, review of employment contracts for compliance, and day-to-day communication and collaboration with Trade Unions and Works Councils.
2. Employee Relations Management
Manage employee relations throughout the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Ensure data accuracy related to all employment status change, including the full cycle of onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes and leaves, etc to ensure data accuracy, before confirming all data to Payroll HR.
- Attendance & Leave Management: manage Kelio system and manage Oversee attendance records, and the approval and tracking of various leaves (sick leave, long-term leave, etc.).
- Employee Advisory Services: Serve as a bridge between employees and the company, answering daily inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and collecting/feeding back employee concerns.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage all HR-related certificates including income proof, employee certification, etc.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact in regions with Trade Unions or Works Councils, maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration.
3. Benefits Operations
Oversee employee benefits programs across the region, including statutory and supplemental insurance (including health check-ups, etc.), execution of employee benefits plans, and coordination with vendors to ensure compliance and quality of service delivery.
4. Fleet & Car Pooling Management
Coordinate the daily execution and administration of company fleet and car pooling policies.
5. Support HR leader in other tasks and projects when needed.
Qualifications
1. Education
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience
2–5 years of hands-on HR experience in Europe within similar functions. Candidates with prior experience in local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in Europe will be given preference.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and employment practices in major European countries, with proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases and labor disputes.
- Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with multicultural teams.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and resilient under pressure, with strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.
- Willing to learn, and embrace challenges.
