Employee Relations & HR Operations Advisor (Hybrid, CH)

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support a positive and inclusive work environment while serving as the main contact for employee relations matters. The role includes HR operations expertise and knowledge transfer during a key HR transformation phase.
