We\'re looking for an Employee Experience & Enablement Manager who will own, animate, and continuously design the end-to-end onboarding experience at Pigment as well as our internal learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of program management, learning design, and employee experience. You\'ll maintain a structured, welcoming, and high-impact onboarding journey that helps new hires ramp quickly while feeling genuinely excited to be here. This role will also expand into broader employee enablement and learning programs, supporting the People Experience Lead, and shaping how Pigment develops talent internally, including French regulatory training obligations.
What You\'ll do
- Own Pigment\'s onboarding program (POP): Run and animate the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new hires globally; ensure every new joiner quickly understands our product, culture, and how to be effective here; build, maintain, and iterate a clear onboarding journey across the first week, month, and 90 days.
- Create An Exceptional New Hire Experience: Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and structured onboarding experience without overwhelming new hires; facilitate onboarding sessions, welcome presentations, and orientation programs; continuously gather feedback and iterate the experience; collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure content is meaningful and relevant.
- Run baseline learning programs & drive engagement: Own and animate the company-wide L\&D calendar — including recurring programs, speaker series, and learning events; drive learner participation and track completion rates across baseline programs; ensure all Pigment-led onboarding sessions are organized and content is updated; experiment with AI-driven learning and automation to scale internal training; develop targeted programs that support ongoing growth across teams; analyze data and build reporting dashboards.
- Own French regulatory training obligations: Own Pigment\'s Plan de développement des compétences; design, document, and submit in line with legal deadlines; manage OPCO declarations and actively recover training budget; promote the use of CPF obligations to employees and track; partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate budget reporting; stay current on evolutions in French labour law affecting training obligations.
- Build the internal knowledge and enablement system: Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, guides, and playbooks; keep onboarding content continuously updated as the company evolves; build scalable enablement assets: videos, decks, learning modules, AI-driven resources.
- Partner Across The Company: Collaborate across the People Team, Revenue Enablement Team, Leaders, etc.; translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences; work with managers to onboard their teams effectively; help coach and build role-specific onboarding tracks with managers.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is experienced in program management, L&D, learning design, behavioral psychology or product operations. A mix is even better!
- Program builder mentality: You love building systems, frameworks, and programs from scratch and you love to iterate; you\'re highly organized, you know how to prioritize, and you are comfortable managing complex projects; understanding which problems are supposed to be solved, having strategic thinking; knowledge of key areas of the employee lifecycle and how they interact with each other.
- French L&D regulatory fluency: You have a working understanding of the Plan de développement des compétences, OPCO funding mechanisms, and CPF obligations; you know how to navigate compliance without it becoming a bureaucratic drag.
- Hospitality mindset: You care deeply about the experience people have when joining a company; you know how to create moments that feel thoughtful and human, and you set Pigment apart; you understand culture change and change management.
- Great communicator & storyteller: Strong presentation skills; you love building decks, presentations, and learning content; you\'re comfortable facilitating sessions and presenting to groups of all levels.
- Builder with strong taste & passion for AI: You challenge the status quo and enjoy experimenting with new approaches; you\'re excited about using AI to reinvent how organisations learn and onboard; comfortable with a variety of learning tech/tools and AI.
