What to Expect

This role directly impacts the employee’s experience as a key connecter between HR and Employees during the employee life cycle within the company and their day-to-day working life and adds value by providing exceptional support, advice, problem‑solving, and escalation where needed. The Partner/Advisor team works extremely closely with the business, and a firm understanding of how our business operates is key. This role is expected to spend time out with employees and be visible as well as an advocate for action.

What You’ll Do

• First point of contact for employee experience related items: employee experience, engagement, health and wellbeing and employee relations
• Intake for employee grievances, escalation to relevant contact points, and follow‑up. Support HR Partners and line Managers on legalities and best practices/policies
• Gatekeeper for internal policies and create awareness for internal people processes and people support systems and tools
• Ensure proactive communication with employees on key updates and deliver training on employee experience related items
• Review payroll input monthly
• Proactively educate employees on support available for their well‑being
• Act as support for employees on long‑term leave and support their managers through the process
• Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvements on employee experience initiatives and raise awareness for the business
• Visit Tesla locations to conduct round‑table/employee experience programs
• Perform eligibility checks for internal transfers
