EMEA West Area VP of Sales - Enterprise Growth Leader

Semperis in Paris is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales to lead our EMEA West business across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Benelux. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Directors, own the regional ARR growth, and implement a disciplined pipeline engine using MEDDPICC and value‑based selling.

This leadership role requires hands‑on execution in complex enterprise deals, strategic channel collaboration, and regular FA/QBR rhythms.
