EMEA Total Rewards Architect

Henry Schein in Paris leads compensation programs across EMEA, overseeing job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structures and annual compensation cycles. The role ensures internal equity and external competitiveness while aligning with policy and business goals.

You will partner with global and regional Compensation and Benefits teams, HRIS, Finance and business leaders to deliver timely, accurate compensation data, run annual cycles and support data integrity across systems.
