EMEA Technical Success Advisory Team Lead

Stacks is looking for a Team Lead for the Success Advisory team to drive strategic expansion and ensure enterprise customers maximize their investment. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of experts, overseeing the design and delivery of Pigment Success Plans, and implementing operational excellence metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
