EMEA TAM Director: Scale, Strategy & Exec Partnerships

Datadog is seeking a Director, TAM for the EMEA region to lead a growing Technical Account Management team within the world-class TPS division. You will own strategy, growth, and execution for 25–30 today, with plans to scale to 50–70+ over the next two to three years, building infrastructure and developing first-line leaders.

In this senior leadership role you will align with Sales, Product, and Enablement, drive regional OKRs, and cultivate executive sponsorship with key accounts, while
