Frequent travels to be expected.**About the Role :**We are seeking a **highly experienced Strategic Account leader** to drive Resmed’s partnerships with **leading pan-European Home Care Providers.**This is a senior, **high-impact role** responsible for **shaping enterprise-level relationships**, **engaging C-suite stakeholders**, and delivering **multi-year, value-based partnerships** across Europe.

- Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
- Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
- Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
- Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
- Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion**What We’re Looking for**
- Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
- Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
- Background in Med
Tech, healthcare, or complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
- Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking**Additional information:**
