EMEA Service Relationship Lead | Customer Success

Fortinet is seeking a Service Relationship Manager responsible for guiding customers during their post-sale journey and ensuring maximum value from their investments. This role requires excellent customer relationship, team building, and analytical skills.

The SRM will develop an understanding of FortiSASE, collaborate with customers to create Success Plans, and drive the customer experience while acting as their trusted advisor.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Service Management Delivery, with knowledge of FortiSASE technology.
