EMEA Seed Production Leader — Strategy & Ops

HM.CLAUSE, a leader in vegetable seed production, is recruiting an EMEA Agronomic Production Operations Lead based at our Portes-lès-Valence site. You will oversee regional production operations across France, Spain and Kenya, driving performance, quality and compliance with Limagrain standards.

Reporting to the Global Agronomic Production Director, you will lead a team of home farm managers and field reps, develop the production roadmap, manage budgets, and promote best practices and knowledge
