EMEA Sales & Trade Operations Associate

ILIA is seeking a Sales & Trade Associate for the Europe, Middle East region. The role combines sales administration, product launches, and trade marketing with supply operations in a fast-growing beauty brand. The position is hybrid, reporting on-site three days a week and remote up to two days.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong, and capable of cross-functional collaboration across time zones, with English fluency and French or another European language preferred.
