EMEA Sales Lead – Aseptic Fill-Finish (Drugs)

Lonza’s Drug Product Services (DPS) is seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Associate Director to drive new business across the region. You will develop territory plans, manage relationships from technical stakeholders to C-suite, and collaborate with BD, Global Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to grow aseptic filling and fill-finish services.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 5+ years in CDMO/pharma sales, fluent English, and strong cross‑functional networking.
