EMEA Region Business Development Manager

1. Align with Xtep Global strategy, develop medium & long-term channel expansion and market penetration plans for empty markets in EMEA region; break down annual store opening, distribution and DTC growth targets and drive delivery.

2. Conduct regional market research: monitor European running & outdoor retail landscape, analyze competitor channel layout, local consumer trends and regulatory compliance, identify untapped markets and prime retail locations.

3. Develop multi-channel partners: recruit national distributors, specialty running boutiques, sportswear chains, mall concession & retail operators; lead business negotiation, contract drafting and channel onboarding.

4. Oversee full-cycle retail expansion: site selection, feasibility assessment, project approval, new store launch, store refit and pop-up rollout; control capital expenditure and ROI timeline.

5. Optimize partner account management: maintain long-term cooperation with key distributors & retail clients, build Joint Business Plans (JBP) to boost order intake, sell-through and inventory turnover.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years channel expansion, retail development or distributor management experience in performance running/outdoor footwear covering EMEA markets.

2. Proven track record in site ROI calculation, location appraisal and commercial negotiation with successful store launch cases.

4. Solid knowledge of EMEA retail compliance, distribution trade rules, financial forecasting and channel data analytics.

5. Passionate about running & outdoor sports with deep understanding of Xtep performance consumer; strong cross-cultural communication & business development capabilities.
