EMEA Marketing Intern: Launch & Campaign Ops

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EMEA Marketing Assistant Intern to join our EMEA team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in an international and dynamic environment. You will actively support the execution of marketing initiatives across Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Launches & Activations

• Support the implementation of 360 marketing campaigns (retail, digital, events)
• Coordinate with internal teams and creative agencies to develop marketing initiatives
• Manage production timelines and ensure on‑time delivery of assets and materials.
• Maintain and update launch planning across markets

Marketing Tools & Content Creation

• Assist in the development of marketing tools (presentations, newsletters etc.)
• Keep the distributor toolkit up to date with relevant content to support local activations

Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market and competitor benchmarks (pricing, trends, innovation, marketing initiatives)
• Assist in preparing new launch materials for the French market (merchandising, training, sampling & GWPs program etc.)
• Manage sample requests and monitor stock availability
• Analyze promotional activity and pricing strategy
• Support in preparing quarterly performance dashboards and sales reports

Cross-Functional & Operational Support

• Liaise with internal departments (supply chain, finance etc.) and retailers/distributors to ensure smooth project execution
• Help organize regional meetings and prepare support document
• Update visual assets on counters and e‑retail platforms

Profile

• Business or Marketing Master’s student (internship agreement required)
• Fluent in English and French
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curious, creative and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in beauty or luxury industry is a plus
