ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analyst for the EMEA region to drive deeper business insights and identify growth opportunities across our markets. This role plays a critical part in shaping regional strategy by leveraging advanced analytics tools, strong business acumen, and market intelligence.
The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial, marketing, and leadership teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Analyze regional business performance across markets, segments, and product lines to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop robust frameworks for evaluating growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
- Perform VOC surveys to collect and confirm markets’ insights
Growth Opportunity Identification
- Identify new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and customer segmentation strategies
- Support pricing, portfolio optimization, and go‑to‑market strategies through advanced analytics
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence analyses to inform strategic positioning
- Leverage analytics tools and techniques (e.g., BI platforms, predictive analytics, data modeling) to enhance decision‑making
- Partner with the EMEA Business Intelligence Specialist to improve reporting capabilities and data integrity
- Standardize KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking across the region
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, and finance teams across EMEA
- Provide insights to support planning cycles, forecasting, and commercial reviews
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including the GM VP EMEA
- Provide guidance and direction (dotted line) to the EMEA Business Intelligence Specialist
- Foster a data‑driven culture within the organization
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and best‑practice sharing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic marketing analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Strong experience working across multiple EMEA markets
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL)
- Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling and segmentation
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights
Strategic Thinking
- Proven ability to connect data insights to business strategy
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of market dynamics
Communication & Influence
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Confidence in interacting with senior leadership
- Ability to influence decisions through data‑driven recommendations
- Experience working in cross‑functional and multicultural environments
