EMEA Legal Counsel — Corporate, IP & Privacy

Unisys in France seeks a French-qualified lawyer to serve as counsel for a defined area of law, advising management and associates on corporate issues and ensuring legal compliance across product offerings and contracts.

Working with senior lawyers and various functions, you will help develop policies, support IP and data privacy work, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and participate in governance and regulatory monitoring.
