EMEA HR Partner: TSA & Integration Leader

BD is looking for a Regional HR Partner to lead HR initiatives during a major transition in Grenoble. This role, which reports to the EMEA HR Director, requires 8–10 years of experience in HR business partnering, particularly in integration settings. The successful candidate will support leaders in engagement and performance, utilize Workday for data management, and ensure alignment across HR teams. A focus on retention and talent development will be essential, alongside a strong ability to influence stakeholders. The salary range is between €81,800.00 - €130,850.00 EUR annually.
