EMEA HR Leader & People Partner (Hybrid Paris)

Odaseva, based in Paris, is seeking a seasoned HR leader to scale their global HR organization in a dynamic SaaS environment. You will oversee regional HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with employment laws.

The role requires at least 8 years of HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of EMEA HR practices. This hybrid position involves 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
