EMEA Head of AI Startups & Growth

Stripe is seeking a Sales Manager on our EU Startup AI GTM team to lead Account Executives and expand Stripe's AI-focused relationships across Europe. You will own the go-to-market strategy, coach the team, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and User Operations to win new business, renew clients, and grow monetization in AI.

Candidates need 8+ years of sales leadership in hyper-growth SaaS, 10+ years in tech, strong negotiation, and superb communication.
