EMEA Employee Administration Lead

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across the EMEA region from Paris. You will ensure compliance with local laws, maintain accurate employee records in Dynamics 365, and drive onboarding, visas and work permits, plus data-driven HR dashboards.

You will collaborate with HR teams and managers, support cross-functional projects, and contribute to retention with a proactive, service-oriented approach in a multicultural environment.
