What You’ll Do
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our organization as EMEA eCommerce Marketing and Content Director . In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our regional eCommerce marketing strategy, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all digital channels and core capabilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision for eCommerce growth, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are aligned with both global objectives and local market needs.
You will champion a customer‑centric approach, drive digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Defining an ambitious vision for the e‑commerce business.
- Taking the reins of the content strategy, owning end-to-end content from needs assessment to implementation, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and support business goals.
- Designing seamless customer journeys, ensuring consistent messaging across all markets and channels, and overseeing the quality of product listings with integrated SEO best practices.
- Expertly orchestrating demand‑generation activities through different channels across our markets, managing substantial budgets, optimizing brand visibility, and monitoring performance in real time.
- Acting as the main point of contact with local marketing leaders, ensuring alignment and effective execution of eCommerce initiatives while training and coaching the team.
- Partnering with Brand, Media, Influencer and Agency teams to integrate content and marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
- Scrutinizing market trends, testing new levers (AI, automation) and instilling a culture of continuous improvement and boldness.
Who You Are
Profile & Experience
- 15+ years in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or Omnichannel roles.
- Deep experience in digital content and retail media.
- Strong understanding of marketplace economics.
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects across tech, marketing, and operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation.
- Experience in international, distributor‑heavy environments preferred.
Leadership Capabilities
- Combine digital expertise with commercial pragmatism.
- Act and set an example for your team.
- Data‑driven but execution‑focused.
- Able to balance global standardization and local flexibility.
- Strong stakeholder management across regions.
You speak English fluently.
