EMEA Director of Customer Success & Adoption

GitLab is seeking a strategic Director of Customer Success to lead our EMEA CSMA and CSE organizations. You will own the regional operating model across relationship management, adoption architecture, and technical enablement to drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead through managers and senior leaders, building a high-performing all-remote team and partnering closely with Sales, Renewal Management, Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS Operations.
