EMEA Customer Success Manager — Onboarding, Growth & Renewals

Upciti is seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to manage an international client portfolio and drive post-sale success across the EMEA region. You will own onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction for public sector clients while identifying upsell opportunities.

You will lead executive-level meetings, deliver solution trainings, and coordinate with product and project teams to ensure renewals and growth. Travel will be required to support accounts.
