EMEA Corporate Counsel: SaaS & Data Privacy (Remote)

Commvault is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support the EMEA region, with the possibility to join in UK or France. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating software licenses, SaaS contracts, and related agreements, while ensuring compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity laws.

You will train the sales team on standard agreements and collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk. The position offers remote work with international exposure, aligning with Commvault’s global operations.
