EMEA Commercial Counsel for Fintech & Payments

Stripe is seeking a standout transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast-growing business in EMEA. You will manage complex agreements, negotiate with regional sales teams, and help scale contracting processes to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with privacy, operations, product, tax and risk teams, and develop training and playbooks to empower the Sales organization while ensuring legal safety and business pragmatism.
