EMEA/APAC Project Manager
About the Role
As an EMEA/APAC Project Manager based in Villejust, France, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex customer projects from contract signature through delivery, installation, and final customer acceptance. This role is ideal for a technically minded project leader who can coordinate international, cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery of advanced RF, antenna, EMC, and measurement systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from contract signature to final acceptance, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
- Define and manage project structure, including WBS/OBS, work packages, delegation to system engineering, and project governance.
- Manage customer communication, expectations, change requests, and contract addons in coordination with Sales.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, external partners, subcontractors, and MVG teams across multiple sites to maintain efficient execution.
- Oversee project performance, including schedules, budgets, margins, risks, billing, revenues, cash flow, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with technical requirements and MVG quality gates while supporting system engineering, troubleshooting, and solution definition.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives for technical issues, production bottlenecks, installation preparation, and execution of key project stages.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or engineering roles, ideally involving complex technical systems.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, risk management, financial tracking, and multi-project coordination.
- Solid understanding of RF/antenna technologies, or a clear willingness and ability to develop expertise quickly.
- Ability to read technical documentation and schematics, troubleshoot systems, and work across mechanical, electrical, EMC, software, and systems disciplines.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and common software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RF, antennas, EMC, or advanced measurement systems.
- Familiarity with test instruments such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments, coordinating teams without direct authority.
- French, German, or Italian language skills.
