Embedded Software Engineer – Wi-Fi

Overview

Embedded Software Engineers are sought by a leading developer of emerging digital communications systems. Based at their R&D Centre in Sophia Antipolis, the Engineers will join a team tasked with developing next-generation Wi-Fi technologies used in a variety of applications. The role focuses on low-level C development for wireless communications and subsystems.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software under Linux and RTOS in C and C++. Design and implement low-level software for Wi-Fi technologies, including Wi-Fi protocols, MAC/PHY, and system-level software design. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle within an agile team.

Qualifications

Possess several years of post-graduate experience developing embedded software under Linux and RTOS in C and C++. Demonstrate excellent wireless networking skills (Wi-Fi protocols, MAC/PHY, system level design). Knowledge of wireless protocols such as WLAN, Bluetooth, BLE, UWB, etc. is beneficial.
