UNIVITY is looking for Embedded Software Engineer to join our User Terminal development team. You will contribute to the design, development and integration of embedded software for advanced 5G NTN communication platforms.
Working closely with Hardware, RF and System Engineering teams, you will participate in the development of the next generation of satellite communication terminals.
Your Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Design, develop and maintain embedded software for User Terminal platforms.
- Develop, integrate and validate software components running on Embedded Linux.
- Contribute to low-level software development (BSP, drivers, hardware interfaces).
- Support hardware/software integration and board bring-up activities.
- Develop, test and debug software on target platforms.
- Analyze and resolve software integration issues.
- Participate in software architecture, design reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to software quality through testing, code reviews and continuous improvement.
- Work within an Agile development environment with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Embedded Linux development.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ (Python is a plus).
- Experience with embedded systems integration and debugging.
- Knowledge of Linux BSP, drivers, or hardware interfaces is a plus.
- Experience with ARM-based platforms is appreciated.
- Knowledge of networking, 4G/5G, satellite communications or NTN systems is a plus.
- Experience with NXP processors (layerscape or similar) is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills in French; English is a plus.
