We're looking for an experiencedEmbedded Program Manager to join a growing international security programme supporting a major global client.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing coordination, oversight and programme visibility across security system deployments in multiple countries. About the Role

As the embedded programme lead, you'll provide coordination and oversight across international security projects, ensuring delivery teams remain aligned, risks are managed proactively and client stakeholders receive clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with regional Project Managers, delivery teams and client leadership, you'll help support the successful delivery of a growing global security programme.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client's global security programme.
• Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Coordinating international security system deployments across multiple countries.
• Monitoring project progress, milestones and delivery performance.
• Identifying risks early and supporting effective issue resolution.
• Driving consistency, accountability and communication across regional delivery teams.
• Representing the programme at stakeholder meetings and client locations.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in project or programme management within security, construction or technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-site or international projects.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems such as CCTV and access control.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or native-level French and strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
