Electronics lab technician F/M/X

Working in an electrical engineering R&D laboratory, you will work with equipment such as power converters and energy storage systems. The team consists of test engineers, test project leaders, and technicians. Under the supervision of the laboratory manager, you will contribute to product validation and the continuous improvement of testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tests by setting up the products and installing the appropriate measurement equipment.
• Conduct technical tests (warm-up, IP, efficiency, functional tests).
• Analyze the results and draft test reports.
• Communicate the results to internal teams and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Assist engineers during complex tests and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (2–3 years of study) in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or physical measurements.
• Experience in an industrial laboratory or similar technical environment (ideally 2 years).
• Skills in instrumentation and energy measurement.
• Intermediate level of English (B1/B2), primarily written.
