Job Title

Electromechanical Technician / Technicien R&D électromécanique – Full Time – On-site – Paris

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Beckhoff) on lab and field electrolyzer units.
• Wire, install, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, electrical panels, valves, and pumps.
• Maintain and test benches, including instrumentation and controls.
• Implement and validate subsystems through test protocols.
• Tune PID controllers.
• Write documentation and maintain inventory systems.
• Benchmark suppliers and coordinate with them.

Qualifications

• Diploma (e.g., DUT) or degree in electrical engineering, automation, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (internships, apprenticeships, or projects); more experience encouraged.
• Exposure to PLC programming (Beckhoff, Rockwell, Siemens, or Schneider).
• Familiarity with electrical panel design and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Comfortable using an oscilloscope and basic electronics measurement tools.
