Electrical Site Supervisor & Works Lead

We are seeking a senior Electrical Package Lead to oversee electrical works and maintenance across several key industrial sites in Normandy. This role bridges the gap between technical design and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage supervision, progress tracking, and scheduling for field works.
• Maintenance Strategy: Draft and adapt maintenance procedures for HV/LV systems, including motors, transformers, UPS, and protection relays.
• Technical Scoping: Draft Technical Specifications (Cahiers des Charges) and conduct site visits with contractors.
• Bid Analysis: Perform technical alignments and evaluate techno-commercial proposals.
• Contractor Management: Handle the full provider lifecycle: from work permits and Prevention Plans (PAD) to punch‑list management.
• Commissioning: Perform final inspections and technical acceptance of orders.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years in electrical supervision or site management.
• Expert knowledge of HV/LV network protection and industrial circuit breakers.
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month between Normandy and Pays de la Loire sites.
• Fluent in English and French language.
