Electrical Schematic Design Engineer

- Proficiency in CAD tools such as IGE-XAO, E3 Series (E3S), and AutoCAD
- Hands‑on experience with electrical systems in Metro, Light Rail, or EMU rolling stock
- Strong understanding of harness design, wiring, and integrated/CPS schematics
- Knowledge of train systems and the railway industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with system interface requirements
- Experience in selection and sizing of electrical components, including:
- Switchgear
- Protection devices
- Circuit breakers (CB)
- Relays and contactors
- Connectors, terminals, and related components
- Understanding of applicable railway standards
- Knowledge of key rolling stock subsystems such as traction, door control, and communication systems
- Ability to interpret and understand overall vehicle architecture
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project requirements
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent documentation and review skills with a focus on quality and compliance
