As Project Manager, you will oversee the projects entrusted to you by the Operations Director, from signature to handover. You will be the main point of contact between Maison Henri and the project owner, and will be responsible for the proper execution and performance of your projects in terms of time spent, materials purchased and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in site meetings and prepare reports
• Manage a project team (project manager(s), site manager(s), technician(s), programmer(s), subcontractors and service providers)
• Plan on‑site interventions by technical teams
• Manage purchasing: negotiate with suppliers, place orders, monitor supplies, receive and return products
• Financial monitoring: draw up payment requests, balances, invoices, and manage reminders

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of higher education (ideally in electricity, electrical engineering or embedded systems)
• At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar position
• Good command or expertise in project management
• Good knowledge of CFO/CFA installations and, ideally, interest in home automation and audiovisual systems
• Good command of Pack Office, particularly Excel
• Organized, rigorous, proactive, able to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting customer requirements and deadlines
• Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt will enable quick integration into teams
• Fluency in English is a plus
