Electrical Project Manager

Senior Electrical Project Manager to join the team. This is a key role, where you will be responsible for taking charge of a range of ongoing and upcoming project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical project management, with experience in design, estimating, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the electrical department, driving growth and ensuring high quality project delivery.
• Manage all aspects of electrical projects, from initial design through to completion.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Handle estimating for new projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
• Manage sub-contractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timeframes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project integration.
• Travel as required to project sites across the Northampton and Surrounding

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager, ideally within commercial installations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, estimating, and financial management.
• Extensive experience in managing sub-contractors and project programming.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the electrical department.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home 1-2 days per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
