Electrical Package Manager – Data Centres | Paris

A leading data center developer is expanding their team in Paris and seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager.

Role: Manage the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for hyperscale data centres, including power distribution, UPS, and backup generators. Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery while collaborating closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all aspects of the electrical package from design review to handover, ensuring defect-free delivery.
• Drive safety-first culture and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Support early-stage development, design optimisation, and value engineering.
• Oversee procurement, contractor management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams for smooth system delivery.

Who you are:

• 5+ years’ experience managing electrical scopes for data centre projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
