Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation Engineer – M/F

Responsibilities

• Studies & Design
• Carrying out studies (feasibility studies, basic engineering (DIB), tender documentation (DCE))
• Design and sizing of MV/LV electrical installations (HTA/BT)
• Preparation of electrical diagrams (single-line diagrams, panels, etc.)
• Preparation of calculation notes (electrical networks, lighting, etc.)
• Writing specifications and technical tender documents
• Project Management & Coordination
• Management of engineering teams, suppliers and contractors
• Technical and financial analysis and alignment of bids
• Monitoring and control of detailed engineering (MOE)
• Support to owner\'s project management (AMOA) or to engineering (MOE)
• Participation in HAZOP / HAZID / SIL analyses
• Contribution to certification dossiers (IEC61511, IEC61508, DESP)
• Determination and verification of SIL levels
• Consideration of ATEX constraints
• Participation in FAT / SAT
• Assistance during commissioning and handover of installations
• Technical support to operations (diagnosis, troubleshooting)
• Support to maintenance (optimization, obsolescence management)
• Continuous improvement
• Consolidation of lessons learned (REX)
• Contribution to technical reference frameworks
• Participation in international projects

Qualifications

• More than 5 years\' experience in EIA (AMOA or MOE)
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations (MV/LV — HTA/BT, switchboards/panels, transformers, UPS…)
• Knowledge of distribution and transmission networks
• Standards: NF C13-200, NF C15-100
• Industrial safety and instrumented safety systems
• ATEX regulations
• Certification of safety chains (DESP, IEC)
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Strong writing skills and reporting
• Autonomy and rigor
• French: fluent
• English: operational
