Electrical engineering specialist (M/F)
- 37-hour workweek (full-time) or fixed number of days per week, depending on the selected candidate

The position is based in Évian (74) and is to be filled as soon as possible under a permanent contract. Attractive compensation based on your experience and profile, ranging from €38,000 to €48,000.
Founded in 1953, ACTINI, a French industrial group, designs, manufactures, and markets pasteurization, sterilization, and decontamination equipment primarily intended for the processing of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.

You will report to the Head of the Automation and Electrical Engineering Department within the Electrical Engineering team, which consists of two people.
Your role involves performing design tasks while ensuring coordination, oversight, technical support, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
1 – Electrical engineering production
- Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct electrical studies for ACTINI equipment
- Size electrical components: protective devices, cables, power supplies, drives, sensors, control panels, etc.
- Prepare control panel layouts, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation
- Participate in technical reviews and propose solutions tailored to project constraints
- Provide technical support as needed in the workshop, remotely, or at the customer’s site
2 – Technical lead for the electrical division
- Serve as the technical point of contact for electrical engineering matters
- Support the design, automation, project, purchasing, workshop, and commissioning teams
- Participate in resolving complex technical problems
- Capitalize on feedback from projects, the workshop, commissioning, and after-sales service
- Contribute to the standardization of electrical architectures, components, standard schematics, and best practices
3 – Coordination, planning, and prioritization
- Participate in planning the electrical division’s workload
- Monitor the progress of electrical deliverables by project
- Identify risks of deviations in workload, deadlines, quality, or availability of input data
- Propose priorities and necessary trade-offs with the Engineering
- Manager and Project Managers
4 – Quality control, deliverable quality, and technology monitoring
- Verify the compliance of schematics, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation
- Verify consistency between electrical drawings, cabinet layouts, machine wiring, and project requirements
- Participate in the analysis of non-conformities and propose sustainable corrective actions
- Update standards, methods, component libraries, and engineering tools
- Monitor technical developments related to components, design tools, and electrical architectures
Your profile
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial electrical engineering design office;
- Highly proficient in schematics and sizing;
- Able to oversee work and identify deviations from technical requirements;
- Organized, meticulous, and a strong communicator;
- Desire to move into a technical coordination role without giving up production responsibilities.
