Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies using ETAP, SKM, and PSCAD, including report preparation and relay settings
• Manage project scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets while ensuring milestones are met
• Support the development and growth of team members through coaching and mentoring
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines
• Participate in domestic fieldwork, with travel expectations up to 10 percent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering
• Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, laws, and regulations
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within one year
• Experience with AutoCAD and basic Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial company
• Background in PLC and HMI programming and commissioning
• Experience with electrical installations in hazardous areas
