Electrical Engineer, France

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are looking to hire an Electrical Engineer with experience in the design of electrical equipment to join their team at one of their French offices in either Lyon or Avignon.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the electrical engineering design works within large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, such as logistics complexes, pharmaceutical plants, and food production plants
• Reviewing and advising on technical specifications of the electrical equipment, and ensuring the constructability of design packages
• Coordinating with the construction teams
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and regulations

PROFILE

• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering from a top-tier engineering university in France
• At least 5-8 years of experience in similar roles on industrial facility construction projects
• Experienced in the design of electrical equipment for large-scale building complexes
• Strong familiarity with electrical safety codes and regulations in France
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
