TheOpportunity

Thisisaseniorleadershippositionforahighlymotivatedelectricalengineerwithextensiveexperienceinmission-criticalfacilities,large-scaledatacentres,orcomplexinfrastructureprojects.

Youwillplayapivotalroleinleadingmultidisciplinaryprojectteams,developingclientrelationships,mentoringengineers,anddrivingthedeliveryoftechnicallyexcellentelectricaldesignsacrosshyperscaleandcolocationdevelopmentsthroughoutFranceandthewiderEMEAregion.

ReportingtotheEngineeringDirectorandseniorleadershipteam,youwillhelpshapethefuturegrowthoftheParisoperationwhilemaintainingthehigheststandardsoftechnicalquality,electricalresilienceandprojectdelivery.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadtheelectricaldesignanddelivery ofmission-criticalanddatacentreprojectsfromconceptthroughconstructionandcommissioning.
• ActasProjectDirectororLeadElectricalEngineeronmajorassignments.
• Manageandmentorelectricalengineersandmultidisciplinarydesignteams.
• Developelectricalsystemstrategiesforhigh-availabilitydatacentreenvironments,including:
• HV/MVelectricalinfrastructureandutilityconnections
• MV/LVsubstationsandtransformers
• HV/MV/LVswitchgearanddistributionsystems
• Standbygenerationandemergencypowersystems

• Providetechnicalinputintositeselection,utilitycapacityassessmentsandelectricalinfrastructurestrategies.
• Maintainprogramme,commercial,technicalandqualityobjectivesacrossassignedprojects.
• Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivities,includingclientpresentations,technicalproposalsandfeesubmissions.
• DevelopandstrengthenrelationshipswithexistingandprospectivedatacentreclientsacrossFranceandEMEA.
• IdentifyopportunitiesforgrowthwithinexistingaccountsandsupporttheexpansionofthePariselectricalengineeringteam.
• Contributetothedevelopmentofengineeringstandards,designmethodologiesandbest-practiceapproacheswithinthebusiness.

• DegreequalifiedinElectricalEngineering,ElectricalBuildingServicesEngineeringorarelateddiscipline .
• Minimum10+years'experience inconsultingengineering.
• Significantexperiencedeliveringmission-critical,datacentreormajorinfrastructureprojects .
• Strongknowledgeofcriticalelectricalinfrastructure,powerdistributionandelectricalresilience.
• ProvenexperiencewithHV/MV/LVsystems,substations,transformers,switchgearandcriticalpowersystems.
• StrongunderstandingofUPS,standbygenerationandresilientpowerdistributionarchitectures.
• Experienceleadingmultidisciplinaryengineeringteams.
• Strongclient-facingandstakeholdermanagementskills.
