Mission

As an Electric & Electronics Validation Project Leader , you will be responsible for managing the Electrical & Electronics System Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for a vehicle project, module, or powertrain adaptation. You will oversee the preparation of the validation plan, manage its execution, and provide regular reporting to the project team. You will also lead a technical team supporting the successful delivery of validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the Electrical & Electronics Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for vehicle, module, or powertrain projects.
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure validation deliverables are completed in line with project objectives, milestones, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular reporting and status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team involved in validation activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams to support successful system integration and validation.
• Drive issue resolution and risk management related to validation activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies.

Profile

Education

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, System Integration, Validation Engineering , or a related field.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) systems .
• Significant experience in project management and team leadership .
• Ability to manage complex technical activities in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• English level B2 with the ability to lead technical meetings and deliver presentations in English.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications .
