Mission
As an Electric & Electronics Validation Project Leader , you will be responsible for managing the Electrical & Electronics System Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for a vehicle project, module, or powertrain adaptation. You will oversee the preparation of the validation plan, manage its execution, and provide regular reporting to the project team. You will also lead a technical team supporting the successful delivery of validation activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the Electrical & Electronics Validation Integration Plan (VIP) for vehicle, module, or powertrain projects.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure validation deliverables are completed in line with project objectives, milestones, and quality requirements.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team involved in validation activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams to support successful system integration and validation.
- Drive issue resolution and risk management related to validation activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and methodologies.
Profile
Education
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, System Integration, Validation Engineering , or a related field.
Behavioral Skills

- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) systems .
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership .
- Ability to manage complex technical activities in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- English level B2 with the ability to lead technical meetings and deliver presentations in English.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies and applications .
